YOUR SPACE IN SIDERA
Your data,
explained.
A practical guide to what Sidera uses, what you save, and the choices available to you.
Your chart and account
Your birth date, local time and place are used to calculate your chart. Your name labels your profile. As a guest, this browser saves a random recovery credential; clearing browser data can remove your access. Linking Google gives you a way to sign in across devices.
Google sign-in verifies your identity and provides your account email. It does not give Sidera access to your Gmail messages.
Readings and private reflections
Sidera uses calculated chart information and an AI interpretation service to prepare readings. Journal notes are saved with your account and reading snapshots. They are not included in product-analytics events or weekly emails.
If you choose weekly email delivery when available, Resend receives your account email and the briefing content needed to deliver it. Your saved briefings remain in your archive when you stop the emails.
Basic analytics
On public pages, Cloudflare Web Analytics can measure visits and page performance without an analytics cookie. This integration is limited to public pages and does not load on personal charts, journals or archives.
Inside the app, Sidera records a small set of usage events, such as creating a chart or opening a briefing preview. These events contain an event name, feature, timestamp and your internal account ID. They do not contain your email, birth details, reading text or journal notes. Sandbox subscription activity is labeled separately from real purchases.
You can switch these optional browser analytics off below or in Settings. The choice applies to this browser. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals also turn them off. Service logs used to operate and troubleshoot Sidera are separate from these optional events.
Help us understand which features get used. Birth details, reading text and journal entries are never included in these events.
Keep a copy, or leave
In Settings → Your data, you can export your account data. The Close account section lets you delete your account, profiles, journal entries and saved briefings. Account-linked product events and email delivery history are also removed.
Deleting the account does not itself cancel a store subscription. Manage any subscription with its billing provider before closing your account.
